Mission

Publish real estate education that is accurate, useful and honest about its limits. We optimize for long-term reader trust, not traffic at any cost.

Content types

  • Articles: explain a concept, process or metric within one of our nine topic categories, from short explainers to long step-by-step walkthroughs with worked examples.
  • Glossary entries: one term, one clear definition, cross-linked to calculators.
  • Country hubs: only general, verified information; no country-specific tax or legal instructions.

Workflow

  1. An author drafts content in our structured editor and submits it for review.
  2. An editor reviews for accuracy, clarity, sourcing and intent, and either requests changes or publishes.
  3. Authors cannot publish their own work; publication requires editorial approval.
  4. Every published piece shows its author, publication date and last fact-checked date.
  5. Corrections follow the fact-checking policy and are applied transparently.

What we prohibit

  • Mass-produced thin content, keyword stuffing or duplicate articles.
  • Unsupported financial claims, guaranteed-return language, or fabricated research.
  • Programmatic pages that exist only to capture searches without genuine informational value.
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Roles & accountability

Authors own their drafts and are accountable for factual accuracy of their sourcing. Editors are accountable for what gets published under our name. A Super Admin maintains the platform and can correct or retract content; all such actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

Updates

Content is reviewed when the underlying subject changes (formulas get versioned and changelogged) or when a reader reports a problem. Significant updates bump the reviewed date; material corrections are noted on the page.
